How can I change my account information?

When you log into your account on our website you can view your entire profile, here you can make changes to almost everything!  If you are having trouble logging into the website or changing information ask a Guest Service Member at any one of our locations, they will be able to assist with just about any changes needed.  You can also send  an email  to  rewards@bystudioc.com and we will fix things on our end.  Keep in mind that you cannot change your birthday online, you will have to email us if it is incorrect.
