Ticket Refunds

We have a refund policy that allows you to receive a refund up to 30 minutes before showtime! Please call the theatre directly to receive a refund over the phone, stop into the theatre box office, or for online ticket purchases you can also visit our refund page. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds through email. Private Showtimes are only eligible for refunds up until 7 days prior to event date.
